Drivers

Edmonton Transit Mix considers its drivers as some of the top professionals in Edmonton. Each driver has specialized and expert driver training and are educated in the properties and how to handle all value added products that the company sells resulting in our customers receiving the concrete within specification and on time.

Our drivers operate under a Pay by Load system. Our drivers are efficient in getting to the jobsite and assist you in organizing the discharge of the concrete. Our drivers have a vested interest in ensuring that your concrete pour goes smoothly.

Order Desk and Dispatch – Steve Decoste

Steve has over 15 years experience in the transport industry and is new to the role at Edmonton Transit Mix in 2011. He comes from Lafarge where he was the plant foreman at the Nisku location since 2008. Steve will bring his excellent customer service skills to make Edmonton Transit Mix the most customer focused location in Alberta. Steve assists in coordinating on-time deliveries in a safe and courteous manner to all of our jobsites.

Quality – Carver Dillabough

Carver has over 24 years experience with concrete and concrete products within Edmonton. Carver is part of a team of Quality Control experts and his attention to detail in production and delivery are key to ensuring all of our Value Added Products that ETM markets are of the highest quality.

Sales – Ozzy Assaf

Ozzy began his career in the concrete industry working in Quality Control / Quality Assurance for Lafarge and then for Edmonton Transit Mix in 2005. Ozzy spent another year and a half in Dispatch and Batch at ETM, where he was able to infuse past sales skills with ready mix industry experience

Sales – Francesca Kinsey

Francesca began her career in Customer Service in the late 90's in retail and in later years went on to co-owning a Print/Copy business where she specialized in Marketing and Graphic Design. After selling the business she moved into the Oil/Gas industry focusing again on Customer Service and finally moving into the Construction sector. Francesca began working for Lafarge-Nisku in 2009 in the Order Desk and then transferred to Edmonton Transit Mix in the Spring of 2010.

Sales Manager – Jeff Martens

Jeff began working in the concrete industry in 1983 between semesters until 1997, when he began his career in the industry leading him to ETM in 2004.

General Manager – Rebecca Reeves

Rebecca has worked in the Readymix Industry in Edmonton since 2005 when she came to Edmonton from Perth, Western Australia. She recently managed the Lafarge Nisku operation from 2007, and came to ETM as General Manager in 2010. Pre-2005 Rebecca has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry and the Agriculture Industry. She is passionate about customer service as looks forward to doing business with all of ETM’s valued customers now and in the future.
